We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Canada. Orders ship from British Columbia.

Order preparation

In-stock orders usually ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. This is in addition to order preparation time.

Remote destinations may take longer. Holidays, severe weather and carrier disruptions can also affect delivery times.

Track your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Need help with delivery?

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once your parcel is on its way.
