Return conditions

Items must be unused and in their original, brand-new condition. Please include any accessories and dust bag supplied with your purchase, and package everything securely.

How to start a return

Contact us through our website with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions before you send it back.

We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns—including a colour, style or size that doesn’t suit you—you are responsible for return postage.

We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct the cost of your original free delivery from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your approved refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. The refund includes the amount paid for the returned item and applicable taxes.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
